Renaming Spaz, or how to run dev versions without a consumer key

If you pull the source from Git it wont run as it's missing the SPAZCORE_CONSUMERKEY_TWITTER and SPAZCORE_CONSUMERSECRET_TWITTER values. Here's how I got around it, which has the side effect of giving Spaz a new name.
