Markdown parsing even when turned off

I've restarted Spaz since turning off Markdown parsing, but it appears to still be parsing it anyway. Example: http://puu.sh/5iip becoming http://puu.sh/5iis

Currently running Spaz Desktop v0.9.24 on Vista 32-bit.
