hello, i download sapz from catalog. it installed but not worked in my pre.when first use,it can set account and no tweets can refresh out. i can not load the app when second use.looking for help then.

You might want to try deleting it, then reinstalling the newest version from the App Catalog. The older version would sometimes do that if the account info you entered was incorrect.
The newest version doesn't seem to have that issue any more.
P.S.: I'm not a developer, just a user, like you.
