Turn on/off text messages

Admin Functions

It would be very helpful to be able to turn on/off whether to receive tweets as text messages in te User Details view.

   Yep, makes sense, and is doable via the Twitter API I believe.

   And to clarify, this was supposed to be posted under mobile suggestions, not desktop problems. Missed that when posting from my Pre.
