Adding lists

I am having trouble getting lists to load in a column for an account. The Twitter account is protected so I don't know if that matters or not. "No user lists for this account" is the message I receive when trying to add a column for my lists. I can load/view my lists online and from other Twitter clients.

Any advice?

   Right now it looks like private lists aren't working. We have an issue filed for it.
